Open any Yelp message thread
The sidebar slides in on the right whenever you're on a Yelp business-message page. It reads the inbound Request a Quote, your tenant profile, and drafts a tailored reply automatically.
Click Insert Reply — review — send
Hit Insert Reply and the draft drops into Yelp's reply textarea. Edit anything you want, then click Yelp's Send button. The customer never knows you used AI; they just know you replied first.

- Does the extension read other pages I visit?
- No. The content script is scoped to biz.yelp.com and yelp.com/biz_messages/* only. It does not run on any other URL. We never see anything else you're browsing.
- Does Yelp allow this?
- Yelp's terms don't explicitly prohibit browser extensions. The human-in-the-loop default — you click Send — keeps the extension well inside Yelp's automation guidance. The opt-in auto-send mode adds a randomized 30-180 second delay and a 24-hour pause on any error to stay defensive.
- Do you store my Yelp credentials?
- Never. The extension reads the page DOM after you're already logged in. We never see your Yelp username, password, or session cookie. You can revoke our access at any time by removing the extension or rotating your aiapps365 API key.
- What if Yelp changes their page layout?
- Yelp re-skins their dashboard every 6-12 months. When the auto-scraper stops finding the inbound message, the right-click highlight menu still works — select the customer's text, right-click, choose 'Generate aiapps365 Response'. We patch the auto-scraper within a few days of a Yelp redesign.
